Before You Sign provides document review services. Tier 1 is expert opinion only and does not constitute legal advice. Tier 2 is regulated legal advice provided by SRA-regulated solicitors.

2. Tier 1 disclaimer

The Tier 1 Expert Review service provides specialist opinion only. It does not constitute legal advice, does not create a solicitor-client relationship, and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full before a review begins. Fixed fees are confirmed before payment is taken. We do not offer refunds once a review has been completed.

4. Confidentiality

All documents submitted are treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your documents with any third party except as required to deliver the service.
